All orders are dispatched from our Garvane® Fulfilment Centre in China. Standard delivery to the United Kingdom takes approximately 4–7 business days after dispatch. For more details, please see our Shipping Policy.

We charge a flat rate of £4.12 for Garvane Standard Delivery. Orders above £79 qualify for free shipping. Please review our Shipping Policy for further information.

Yes. You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. For full details, please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy.

If the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, Garvane® will cover the cost of return shipping. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return postage. Please see our Refund & Returns Policy for more details.

Yes. New visitors who subscribe to our newsletter receive a 5% discount on their first order. Additionally, we offer 10% off orders above £199. Discount codes must be applied at checkout. See our Terms of Service for conditions.

We accept the following secure payment methods: Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Maestro, UnionPay (Japan), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna. All payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers. Please note that PayPal is not currently available as a payment method.
